If animatronic monsters... why people had laser-detecting stuff? Great idea, but 1h of fun would cost about the same as 2-room house...

It's amazing to what lengths dnd players are ready to go to play their favorite theater of the mind pen and paper game without the theater of the mind part or the pen and paper part. Aren't there like a million larp/cosplay/fantasy roleplay events of all shapes and forms?

Caleb Rawlins

imagine our lazy fat asses doing that for more than an hour without dying of heatstroke

Gabriel Bereta

I would mostly hang out in the tavern going after busty wenches or sexy goblins.

Holly Beckwick

so.. a DnD Westworld?

Doods Jet Cunanan

Sounds like westworld to me

Nabilah Nasir

it's called LARP, well, with bean bags instead of lasers but still

Jody Carney

Keshab Bhatta

did you dreamt that?

Destiny Berry

Instead of animatronics make it a vr or a hologram for a more versatile use of space

Mirza Lipi

Yes it is LARP with extra steps. If you could combine this with animatronics (greetings from FNAF^^) it would be awesome. Fighting against a Beholder or a giant? Awesome. Or instead of animatronics use holographics or VR. So you could use a much wider range for monsters and environment than with animatronics. But it would be extremely expensive and also our technology is not yet good enough for this. (VR without cable for long distances or big places and well yeah holographics at this scale) But you can dream and i like it. I would love to visit this park :)

Jacob Smith

alright now your team is warrior, tief, wizard, barbarian, ranger and...er....acrobat

Cool. I had a dream where me and my buddy killed a homeless guy just to see how it felt and then I had crippling guilt till I died.

Cyndi Wayward

I'm not into laser tag or d&d but that sounds like a good idea for people who are into it. Why isn't it a thing already?

Helena Loffelmanova

that's called a LARP...
